08-16-2007, 5:02 PM admin Joined on 08-10-2005 Posts 45 Re: Question regarding +/- The +/- is the difference in fantasy points per game between the player and the AVERAGE starter at his respective position.  The spreadsheet changes dynamically based on your league settings.  The gist is that if you maximize your differential, you will set yourself up with the statistically best team possible.  Let me know if you have any other questions.
