If you have any questions about the Draft Pick Analyzer application, please first follow the steps on the Read_Me page of the Excel file. If you still have questions, please post them in this forum and I'll get back to you ASAP. Good luck with your drafts!

Hello Aaron,

Question for you regarding the "Overall" spreadsheet in the draft analyzer:

I've entered all league rules & req'd data, but the "Overall" page is still reading "N/A" in all categories. Do the players have to be entered manually into the "Overall" spreadsheet, or can I cut & paste from the "Cheat Sheets" page to infill the data.  I attempted the cut and paste method once, but once the data is entered the "Overall" page doesn't seem to be sorting it in any way.  (I'm moderately proficient with Excel at best, so please bear with me!)

Thanks,

Matt,

The N/A message is due to a tie taking place between two players of different categories.  I'd have to take a look at your league's scoring system to see where the tie occurs.  If you email it to me at aaron@dominateyourleague.com I'll make a fix and send it back to you.  It is very rare that the sheet gets the error so I'll be interested to find otu where it is occuring.

Ok, before I do that & waste your time, here's a question that may solve my problem:  Do the auction settings have to be utilized for the sheet to work properly?  I zeroed them out, because our league doesn't assign any monetary values to players.  I'll try setting the Auction settings back to the defaults & see if that works!

Thanks for the response!!

Post Edit:

OK tried that and it didn't work,  I'll email you the sheets & see if you can figure it out!  Thanks again!

Hello, I noticed that one i place a value of 1 in the PTS per Reception for WR that the OVERALL tab lists every player with NA. if I reset to zero then all the players show up. is this a bug?

The reason you are getting the N/A error is that there is a tie in the ranking of the players when you change the scoring. If you upload your file to this message board, I'll take a look and see what the easiest way to resolve it is. I'd be interested to see what your scoring system is for future improvements to the system.

Yeah, I get the same issue. I am running Excel 2007 and if I d/l a fresh copy of the spread sheet, insert a 1 under WR pts. for receptions the #na appears for the entire overall worksheet. If you change WR #119 Davis, Rashied CHI from rec yards 161 to 162 everything will work again.

The bug with the tie of Rashied Davis is fixed and will be included in the next release, scheduled for Friday, August 22. Thanks.
